Created by Europool, this innovative layer of crystal gelcoat is based on vinylester.

These so-called vinylester chips embed shimmering particles characteristic of CVC pools.

The base gelcoat color appears under the speckles, protecting the pool from osmosis bubbles.

This layer combines vinylester resin with glass mat in a manual process requiring significant expertise, protecting the pool from osmosis.

A gelcoat-based vinylester layer that shields the structural part from osmosis.

The second-best resin layer with glass mat ensures the pool’s strength.

A special, super-strong glass mat material with the strength equivalent to 5 standard laminate layers.

The third layer of resin with glass matting triples the pool’s strength.

Steel reinforcements around the frame and ribbing prevent the pool from bending under water and soil pressure.

This reinforcement layer protects the pool from adverse effects of water flowing in the ground.
