Construction and filling of enclosures - chamber and solid polycarbonate
We examine the construction of swimming pool enclosures, which consist of aluminium profiles and polycarbonate glazing. Depending on the type of swimming pool roofs, 34 different profile shapes are used, divided into 3 groups based on size and strength. The aluminium profiles are powder-coated at 180-200 degrees Celsius. This coating ensures that the pool enclosure is completely resistant to moisture and the chemicals used in swimming pool water.
Our swimming pool canopies are filled with polycarbonate glazing in two versions: 8mm chamber polycarbonate or 4mm solid polycarbonate. The 8mm chamber polycarbonate provides excellent thermal insulation, while the 4mm solid polycarbonate ensures the canopy structure segments are completely transparent.
The sliding system operates by moving the segments of the enclosures structure along specially designed rails. The width of the rails is adjusted according to the length of the canopy. The unique rail design ensures complete comfort around the swimming pool and ensures safety, even for children.
